Some examples of stress sensitiveness “Though father agreed to daughter’s request to trim her hair but not for a stylist cut; so got flared up to the situation, the daughter committed suicide” “ A poor man with 3 sons who behaved/ reacted divergently. Eldest, a rebelling one, was reacting “Why father was poor? Youngest, ok. to live with the situation when cannot be cured, to be endured; but the middle one, without any expression or grudge, went on reading through out to become a renowned doctor in USA”

Few tips: Avoid doing the work alone Avoid working for long hours Delegation reduces pressure Cardinal principle of stress reduction: Hard work- Smart work- Team work

Stress Management: 4 ‘C’s - Challenge - Control - Communicate - Cooperate Goodness gets response -Whatever good you give, you get back. Life is a boomerang -Every thing is paid for a glass of milk (A doctor’s story)
17
ONCE YOU COOPERATE, YOUR STRESS GETS REDUCED Cooperation is not necessarily a jargon like -to be associated with community service -NGO work etc. Can be -micro level activity - charity begins at home go to neighbour hear some body’s grief help some one
18
Lesson: You spend time with others Divert from the stressed moment Free from clutches of loneliness Compare your stress with others
19
Communicate Tell others not public at large some one you trust Unilateral talk speak to God -patient hearing with no response/ reaction Talk to a Doctor In USA, charges are high to here the patient Crying Symbolizing Lord Vishnu’s conch blowing Once you cry you blow up your suppressed feelings.
20
Stress is not painful Avoid Repetitive feelings- more painful (to check repetition is more important in management) Accident itself is not cause of stress but brooding/ thinking gives pain. Suffering of a stress victim gets compounded when he is alone (when narrates before others, that digression/ diversion makes him comfortable)

THEN; Don’t allow stress to live Don’t allow stress to live Manage to leave Manage to leave Thank you
