7 Problem Description The “ delay in the response ” to a request of inspection a fire extinguisher, was a major problem facing the S.S department, that which had always negatively affect our commitment to OSHA codes. Next, we can see the key steps of the overall process, which called “ High level Process Diagram. ”

10 FLOWCHART TECHNIQUE Pre to flowchart Technique – one of the quality tools - those steps of the process must to be brought to the detailed level. the purpose of that is to locate the roots of delaying the responses to the request of the customer. After locating those roots, redesigning and modifying the process flowchart will help in improving the response time.

15 Conclusion The effectiveness of this methodology can be easily noticed throughout its direct outcome in a form of the saved time. The practical implementation of the shown modifications resulted a saving in the response time upto (50%).
