Using Magazines Limited to modern history Most popular magazines date only from the 19 th century when literacy rates climbed May be difficult to use May not have good indexing Many articles will be short and may not provide in-depth coverage of a topic In the UW Libraries Some issues may be in storage, in Special Collections or on microfilm
