1 Wire bundles connecting to Keyence Sensors (screw plug on other end) Colored Wires from bundles (brown, blue, white are nonfunctional, cap with scotch locks) BLACK wire (data) from each bundle (sensor) is screwed into each channel (0-7) Blue (ground) screwed into channel 9 on each DAQ Blue wires are coupled with the BLUE wire from sensor 1 (the control sensor, you should have one sensor with a different label) These are all screwed into the white pots and connect to the ground from your AC to DC power supply (see next slide)

2 Brown wire from control sensor screwed in pot with RED (hot) wire from power supply out other end Blue wire (ground) from control and channel 9 of each DAQ screwed in pot with BLACK (ground) from power supply screwed into the other end Connector for Power Supply (other ends soldered to power supply

3 Need 12V power supply that can output AT LEAST 1 AMP Cut and Resolder wires coming from POWER SUPPLY, make sure hot and ground are correctly distinguished!!! Use a multimeter to figure this out. In the pic below the wire with the orange tape (white dashes is hot) and the black wire is ground.
