3. Interface It’s not organized ergo it’s disorganized When navigating through a path, the links would be easier to use if they were buttons. Paths are not customizable.

6. Directions The interface requires instructions… There are no instructions A new user to the site has no idea what to do.

7. Buttons There should be buttons but they are links. The links look exactly the same. Once again, the interface is label- dependent and there are few labels. It doesn’t conform to internet standards.

8. Assumptions The developers has assumed that the user knows what Walden’s Paths is. They also assume that the user(s) know how to use the interface Finally, they assume the user knows what clicking various things do When labels are not present, the developers assume the user(s) know why they are not there.
