Input from microcontroller Output to SSR Thermocouple inputs AD595 amp This schematic was the basic one used for the LCD interface with the addition of the AD595 amplifier, two inputs and SSR connections. All power for the AD595 and the SSR is provided by the micro controller.

The C program User can cycle through solder paste types A start button starts a heating process The microcontroller regulates the oven temperature with a while loop and if statements As time passes new stages with unique temperatures are completed until boards are done.

The END This product allows the use of surface mount technology in simple electronics labs. Circuit boards can become smaller and more cost efficient.
