2 Accreditation – the bodies involved in  The parties interested in of contemporary development of accreditation are:  Higher education establishments  Professional bodies  Entrepreneurs  Academically persons  Students  Market professionals  Specialized interest carriers

3 An interest of educational bodies  Higher education establishments – why they are interested in ?  Ability to compete on the different levels of higher education (local, regional and international)  To follow up the contemporary needs of real estate market  To create an interest of future students  To create an interest of the former students (LLL)

4 An interest of professional bodis  Professional bodies – why they are interested in?  Who are the professional bodies involved in?  Why they are interested in  A need of highly educated workforce  A need to connect the professional certification with higher education requirements  A interest in of the permanent and continuous development of real estate education  The future development according the enough connection between different curricula

5 An interest of entrepreneurs  Entrepreneurs – why they are interested in?  A need of highly educated workforce  A need of permanet accounting of the real estate market condition changes  A need of highly professional market analysis  A need of academically foundation of the contemporary development valuation in the post crisis' situation  Ideas according the sustainability

6 An interest of academically persons  Academically persons – why they are interested in?  Their ability to compete on the higher education market will be valued and appraised  Their position in university will be more secured  They will be more attractive for the real estate market  Their image in the eyes of students will grow  Their international acceeptance will be more noteable

7 An interest of students  Students – why they are interested in?  They will have an opportunity to study and practice in the other universities  There will possible a cross accounting of the different subjects, studies and curricula  on the level of the university  on the level of the state  on the international level  Continuous studies are available in all Europe

8 An interest of market professionals  Market professionals – why they are interested in?  The ability for broader competition on the workforce market  The exist of higher education curricula responding to the market requirements  The ability of the subjects, studies and curricula to provide the LLL  The application of the system of the recognizing of earlier acquired knowledge and education

9 An interest of spezialized interests carriers  Specialized interests carriers – why they are interested in?  The need to supply the legal requirements and procedures with educated workforce  A legal obligation to connect the local and European higher education spaces  The authorities responsibility to trust the society according the contemporary and future economics development  To prevent the future booms, bubbles and collapses

10 What must be followed? (1)  The three level accreditation procedure must be the basic and ongoing  The outside accrediting bodies and their representers should be more kept posted up the subjects, studies and curricula built up and development  The local needs should serve as the fundamentals

11 What must be followed? (2)  The different types of modus vivendi should be accounted – we need a special approach  The hopes and notions are also nationality based – we need a special approach

12 What must be followed? (3)  The curricula should not be high credit one if therefore exists a shortage of  Professional bodies acceptance  International connection  Links between similar and compeering curricula

13 The final results  The role of the accreditation is a satisfication  Ability of higher education institutions to provide the students beside the academically diploma with the professional certificate according the market based minmum requirements for the certificate of the current educatinal level
