#142 St. Andrew’s College Highland Cadet Corps Silver Star Review Completing Practical Skills (20%) Silver Star Cadets will complete the Field Training Exercise at Blackdown Cadet Training Centre. Activities will include range training (Lee-Enfield.22), abseil training, field first aid, confidence course and team building games.

Topic: “Identify how the ten principles of leadership are exemplified by the main character in the film, “We Were Soldiers,” or “Band of Brothers - Crossroads.” Length: 750 – 1000 words If you miss the presentation, this film is rentable at your local video shop.

This Performance Objective is covered on the field exercise. Cadets must complete a safe handling test prior to shooting on the ranges.
