12 UCL LIBRARY SERVICES UCL Library Services Learning Laboratory  24-hr opening of library and collections in exam term  30 extra networked PCs to add to 150+ already available  Radio networking throughout the space  Flexible seating, which students can re-arrange, for group work  RFID technology for whole bookstock for self-issue/self-return  Enlarged entrance to cope with 4,000 users a day in term  Co-location of Help Desk from Information Systems (Computing Services) to provide 1-stop shop for users
