SKILLS Your knowledge and expertise (CAN you do this job?) Knowledge base-e.g. marketing strategies, management expertise, etc. Technical skills-e.g. accounting systems, software expertise, etc. Analytical skills-e.g. analyzing data, financial analysis, etc. Communication skills-verbal, written Interpersonal/relationship skills Teamwork skills-working well in teams

MOTIVATION What gets you going? (WILL you do this job?) Interest in the job (at the very least) Enthusiasm (preferably) Even “Passion” (but don’t fake it!) Initiative-do you come up with new ideas and present them? Strong work ethic-do you show up? Risk-taking-are you willing to try innovative ideas? Others?
