What is picnik? Picnik is a free program that allows you to create your photos into a master piece, through a variety of editing and creating tools. It allows you to upload your photos from your computer or off of the internet.

How to find your photos…

Using photos off your computer Step 1:On the library tab, go to get from computer. Step 2: Click on the big green upload a photo button. Step 3: Browses through your hard drive and select the file or the photos you would like edit. Step 4: Click open.

Online storage site Step 1: open the library tab and select your favorite storage site. Step 2: Click the connect button and sign into your account. Step 3: Click grant access to connect your account to Picnik. Step 4: Double click any photo to open and copy for editing.

System Requirements Picnik recommends that you have at least Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7, Mac OS X or Linux, with a 1GHzprocessor or better, and at least 512 MB of RAM. You will also need to have access to a web browser such as Google, Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, and lastly Safari 2.0 or higher.

Disable protected mode Step 2: Disable protected mode on Internet Explorer. 1. In Internet Explorer, go back to tools>Internet Options. 2. On the security tab, click the internet zone. 3. Uncheck the box next to ‘Enable Protected Mode’ 4. Click OK 5. Re-enable Protected Mode after you have finished downloading your personal file.

Pick a different browser Sometimes you might have trouble with the browser you are using with Picnik. If this happens and even after you have tried to disable the protected mode, the choose a different browser.
