3 Some Key Points The MCD was released in the 1990’s and now is dated, but it’s all we have at present. Certain employee information defaults into the MCD via Lawson and the University database. Some core information may be changed via your manager submitting a PAF form: Department, Cost Center, Employee’s Title

4 The employee may directly change or update: All phone numbers, including fax and pager numbers Addresses, including mail code and room number Preferred name Email addresses Optional notes
