The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 Into force 6 April 2010 Replaces the 2009 regulations Provides for grant, variation, transfer, etc of permits Revises the existing exemptions regime Waste Exemptions

Grouped by activity; –U – Use of Waste (U1-U16) –T – Treatment of Waste (T1-T33) –D – Disposal of Waste (D1-D8) –S – Storage of Waste (S1-S3) Transitional arrangements (2011-2012) Note oil storage limit (paragraph S1) is 3m 3 not 100 (amended by SI 676/2010)
