That power is the working of his mighty strength … far above all rule and authority, power and dominion.” 1. Leadership  Christ never intended for anyone to become a disciple all by themselves – it takes team!  Team requires humility  It takes humility to follow team leadership  Spiritual leadership helps guide us in the way of discipleship  The church is NOT a spiritual factory  The church is real people trying to learn the way of being a disciple of Christ 2. Outreach  Being a Christian means we have a mission  That mission is a message of spiritual transformation  Jesus Christ IS the truth – John 14:7  That truth needs to be told – Mark 16:15  We need to be trained in the truth so we can live and speak the truth 3.
