3 Problem Statement LBFE-S is an application that enables its users to download or upload files depending on their physical location and the current date during some specific time period. The whole system will be controlled by speech LBFE-S will run in an indoor environment LBFE-S is a combination of Lcation Based Technologies and Speech Technologies.
