Plan curriculum goals for teachers & students Principal as educational leader Determine goals & outcomes with staff Encourage staff to develop curriculum in teams

Determine what students must learn and then provide needed technology skills training Practice: (1) acquire proper knowledge and skills, (2) understand how and when to use technology, (3) learn to apply technology to specific lessons, (4) present integrated lessons to others Method: p/t technology instructors, volunteer parent technology trainers, use sub days for training, and be creative with incentives

Evaluate & assess student and teacher outcomes to show that technology improves student learning Develop creative measures Involve staff in creating measures Use Open Houses to present integrated lessons integrated lessons
