Course Homepage Lecture slides –will be posted one week before the lecture –may be slightly modified from last year’s lecture slides –adapted from the slides provided by the authors of the textbook Tutorial / Workshop hands-on exercises –will be distributed during the class (no need to make copies) –answers will be posted one week after the tutorial

Assessment Pattern 70% examination –You must get 30 marks from the 100-mark examination paper to secure a pass. 30% coursework –10%: mid-term quiz around Week 7 or 8 –12%: 3 workshops throughout the semester requires basic C programming –8%: 1 case study report on an OS around Week 11
