3 Leadership, part one ÅÅÅÅ-MM-DD The programme is aimed at Newly appointed administrative and academic managers and leaders Primarily goal To gain expertise in how KTH is organized and led To bring up current issues and provide a vision for KTH managers To provide inspiration and awaken interest in continued learning

8 The underlying theme of this part of the program is that the concious leader can contribute to his/her own development as well as to the development and motivation of their personal and of the organisation. The goal is that each participant will aquire a deeper awareness of themselves and improve thier abiblity to create a good and constructive working climate and contribute to the success of the organisation.
