Incorporating practices into your daily/ weekly life takes commitment Overall, developing wellness in the six dimensions decreases stress and promotes love of oneself and others

Six Dimensions of Wellness Tips for starting new practices Write down your intentions Keep a journal of your progress/ experience Reinforce the changes by creating a reward system for yourself Pacing is the key! Make it realistic.
