Tour Outline 11 nights, 12 days during September Holidays 7 nights spent with our tour group, 4 nights with a host family School Visit Focus on exposure to another culture, new and unique experiences and language development.

Brief Itinerary Depart Australia 19 September from Gold Coast Airport. 4 nights in Kyoto with day trips to Hiroshima and Nara 2 nights in Tokyo 4 nights home stay Return to Australia 30 September to Gold Coast Airport.

Extra Costs Travel Insurance $104 Passport Costs ($104 child passport if required) Spending Money – at parents discretion but a minimum of ¥ 14850 (approx $185) will be needed to cover daily expenses such as lunches, bus/tram fares and entry into sights. eg. Hiroshima Peace Museum – ¥ 50 Kinkakuji in Kyoto – ¥ 400 Student Budget

The next step… DEPOSIT In order to secure your son’s place on this tour, the school requires a $300 deposit by 15 February 2010. Cheques should be made out to Moreton Bay Boys College. Should we not obtain required numbers of students for the trip to go ahead, this $300 will be refunded by the College. Saizen tours will then book our flights, accommodation on our behalf. PAYMENT PLAN The College will then advise you of a payment plan with the final payment being due 70 days prior to departure.
