Decide how to allocate digitization work across collections for FY12 Provide guidelines for where to increase and/or decrease if production capabilities change Meeting Goals

Numbers are based on new equipment and increase in staff (per proposal discussed at January DCSC) Numbers are approximate (e.g. some items could take longer than expected; proportion of material type could vary) Some items are pre-committed (e.g. grants) Only considering “Ready to Scan” proposals 4 different production streams – not interchangeable Assumptions & Context
