It is UNC’s single destination reporting portal.  Reports are created by IT, OBIA, and designated report writers from the Operation Data Store (ODS) which is an extension of Banner using a tool called Web Focus.  Optimizes system without slowing down productivity  ODS is updated nightly (prior day data)  Some critical timing reports will have real time data (e.g. seat counts)  Get more information here: http://www.unco.edu/aboutinsight http://www.unco.edu/aboutinsight
