6. 6 You choose your research subject (up to 3) among a list of propositions You apply to our program. Selection procedure : www-csc.utt.fr You are awarded a scholarship (monthly amount of 1200€, 42 month) by the CSC You prepare a PhD in one of the laboratories of the UT-INSA network You get the PhD degree from the institution you have selected Only for UTT : possibility to prepare a double PhD at UTT and one of its international partners : you will be awarded 2 PhD degrees with a single defence. The scholarship is awarded for 48 month The CSC / UT-INSA PhD Program

7. 7 You must be top ranked You must be awarded the master degree before june 2012 You will have to get the visa to France (procedure) Requirements

8. 8 How to apply Visit the website www-csc.utt.fr Download the application form and fill it up Select (and rank) the PhD proposals that fit with your skills Send the application form and your records to ling.gong@utt.fr Contact your possible supervisors to get their feedback Send by post the documents required by the CSC Wait until mid January 2012 for a possible interview in China (Feb. 2012) Wait for the final decision (February 2012) Go to Shanghaï to learn French (from March to June) Start your PhD in the UT-INSA network (Sept. 2012)
