Evolved to include: Statistical tracking by consultant, site, agency; IRS tracking of visits, workshops, postings and satisfaction Counselling case notes, visits, intake/assessement form Job Development employer forms, job postings

Financial tracking module for placements and supports including placements Summer Jobs Service Satisfaction by staff member, component and agency Access based so able to design reports and queries easily and quickly

Ability to manage information on a daily basis Allowed us to create – performance management systems Information management critical to agency to be able to make sound decisions and develop organizational capacity for BP Most importantly, case management for customers Ongoing record, client case notes, program history

Data housed on a server Each staff member has the “operating” program on their computer Clerk enters tombstone data and “stat” info Consultants enter assessment, action plan and case note info All can run reports at any time including client lists, follow up lists, copies of notes, etc.

Pay to join consortium Pay an annual maintenance fee for support services provided by Dawes Consortium occasionally adds dollars to the development fund so that changes and updates can be made Consensus decision making usually via conference call or group meeting Field staff provide input to changes we want

Agreed to move forward with CATS Too many positive features that we value not to do so Instead of uploading to TCU will download to CATS Taking some time to develop but worth investment Have already found that there are things that the EOIS CAMs does not do such as stipend tracking which is data we need
