10. Differences between Teach View & Design View Teach view: Provides an interactive environment that allows for communicating. Desin view: Provides tools for creating, organizing and preparing the Teach view.

11. Room Management Room Management is the location where a presenter would design, upload, organize, and prepare their presentation.

12. What’s in a Room? Room Management offers the presenter to create subfolders, upload content, and organize content.

13. Organize Content Within a Room’s folder, the content can be a URL, PowerPoint, Image, or Survey/Question. The environment allows the Presenter to arrange, append, or remove content. Content uploaded remains in the room for future presentations.

14. Tips Be sure to test microphone and output. Obtain Plug-ins to fully utilize Wimba. Never share sensitive information with users. All uploaded material remains until removed. Be very careful to check a rooms status. – Open rooms remain open if not closed by presenter. Wimba is friendly.
