3 Funded by a bill introduced by Fulbright for the “promotion of international good will through the exchange of students in the field of education, culture, and science.” Fulbright is the most widely recognized and prestigious international exchange program in the world. Fosters bilateral relationships between countries and governments to shape program goals and needs.
