To Retrieve a Call Placed on Hold from Another Phone Press the Call Hold RR button (**26 from a 5302) Dial the extension number of the phone where the call was placed on Hold

Call Me Back When you call a phone on your system and their phone is ringing, you can press the softkey “Call Me Back. This sets a call back on the extension that you were calling. When that extension uses their phone and hangs up, your phone will being to ring and it will display “Calling Back” and the extension number or the other phone in your display. If you pickup your handset or go to hands free mode, their phone will begin to ring. Once they answer the call back is cancelled. The callback will also cancel if: You let your phone ring 5 times 8 hour of time elapses since you set the call back.
