This is what our group thought: Do not speak English well Challenge: Since undocumented immigrants are not legal residents or citizens, their rights are not recognized under the law. Not able to attain another steady job Unable to rely on the law to protect them from unfair treatment

Employers are: not concerned if fire worker or one quits Illegal immigrant workers seen and treated as objects and not human beings Not concerned with how hard they work, or how little they are paid, but if working quickly, quietly, and efficiently. The food industry consists of businesses, however, the people who work in these businesses should not be treated as objects, but as humans.
