4. Insurance Industry Insurance industry has suffered huge losses Network Data and or ISP/WISPs are High Risk to the Insurance industry! As a result, the ISP/WISP is no longer qualified for just general liability. Insurance industry is now an Indemnity Company!

5. Insurance What insurance do I need? Where do I get it? What’s it cost?

6. What do I need? Professional Insurance FIRST!!! Coverage first then the liability coverage can be obtained. This is called Professional Insurance. All this does is provide the Indemnity company with an insurance company who will insure against any professional liability claims, such as loss of data, copy write problems, etc.

Example If you find a company who will provide a general liability policy for say$4500.00 per year then the professional insurance company will have a policy that is around $3000.00 on top of the liability coverage.
