2 Overview Cellular phone is a widespread device. Its availability and its friendly usage make the cellular phone inseparable part of our personal items. Today cellular phone is used with wide range of SOFTWARE applications like communication, SMS, diary, games, music, multimedia etc.
3
3 So what's the problem? unstoppable technology progress. client that likes to extend its cellular phone capabilities, must purchase an advanced model of cellular phone with integral hardware and software. demand for accessory device which enable his owner to operate new applications and the ability to adjust them according to owner’s will.
4
4 Project Goals Design and implementation an independent generic device which can function as a host platform of various applications for cellular phone. Key futures: –Generic and versatile –Multi compatibility –Size - key ring format –Multi purpose hardware - Microcontroller, FM receiver, Thermometer etc. –Power source - cellular battery, low voltage supply –I/O - using the cellular LCD, Keypad –Communication interface - connectivity to PC for configuration
