Cross-border cooperation Finnish-Russian Cross-border University Consortium Aim: Joint degree (masters´ programme of 120 ECTS) Fields: History, Information Technology, Business Administration, Forestry, Public Health, International Relations University of Helsinki, University of Joensuu, Lappeenranta University of Technology, Petrozavodsk State University, Saint Petersburg State University, European University at St. Petersburg All programmes should be launched in 2007 Financed by the Ministry of Education (Finland, Russia) and the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs
