2. Description Develop an air-traffic control system that simulates the movements of airplanes on a radar. Every air plane needs to have a defined point on the radar represented by altitude, longitude, and direction. Also the radar can display the speed of every airplane. Whenever two planes are within 2 KM radius the radar should notify the observer about potential danger. The observer can then request changes in any of the airplanes longitude, altitude, or direction. Every plane must send acknowledging message to the observer confirming recipient of a request. The radar must also manage taking off and landing procedures, so a plane cannot land if another plane is taking off and similarly a plane cannot take off if another plane is landing. Airplanes must be placed in queues first before being able to take off or land.
