4. What have we learned? That when you are designing you have to: –Organize the process –Gain understanding of the whole situation –Get new insights –Gather data and induct from it

6. What have we learned? –Reflect on a situation –Keep an open mind –There are no rights or wrong But there are choices and consequenses –Design is not something you can learn from books – it has to be learned by doing
