Pay Codes, Earnings, Deductions, Benefits Every system calls their earnings something different, getting use to terminology will be the biggest change you will have If you use codes, now is the time to review and change as needed Set up new codes or set up multiple codes to make things easier Be aware of drop downs on your system to know how you the code, or description can be helpful e Know how all your earnings, or benefits are taxed
