2 Traditions of Relevance  Which philosophical / religious tradition we have studied this semester seems to you most relevant regarding the challenges faced by people in contemporary society? How so?  Were there any traditions we studied this semester that you did not feel spoke to contemporary issues and concerns? Why not?

3 Commonality and Difference  Which traditions we have studied this semester exhibit some compelling similarities with traditions of your own background or with which you are familiar? What are these similarities?  Which traditions exhibit some of the greatest differences with traditions you are more familiar with? Are these differences positive or negative?

4 India / China  What do you think were the most striking differences between ideas and values of Hinduism and Indian Buddhism and those of Confucianism and Taoism?
