8 COPING STRATEGIES: FAMILY HARMONY PROGRAM Community development model  Promotes effective communication within families,  Training of bi-lingual facilitators,  To facilitate sessions for parents and children,  Empowering the target group,  Promotes dialogue between parents and young people,  Apply win-win method to resolve conflicts,  Assist families to become more confidence.
