10 Points to Remember Structured document Organise using sections, sub-sections etc Use appropriate document style Clarity Design the document Draft and review and redraft

11 Points to Remember Use appropriate techniques to describe: Text Diagrams Charts Pictures Concentrate on the important: High level Critical Neglect trivial and routine

12 Points to Remember Don’t just describe the final solution Review alternatives Evaluate each State the final decision and justify it
