Training Program Extensive 52 week program. 26 week in-store management training. Hands-on program.

Salary and Benefits Salary scale: –1st year: $65,000 –2nd year: $68,500 –3rd year: $74,500 –4th year: $80,000 Benefits include: –Company Car –Insurance –Paid Holidays and Vacation Days –401K & ALDI Retirement Savings Plan.
