Italy (ESRIN - Frascati): Improved on 15 July 00 –BHM increased to 970 kbps (was 55 kbps prev) –Typical daily range 350-1500 kbps –Due in part to NASA use of Abilene to get to Garr in NY »Avoids congestion at MAE-E Italy (CEO/JRC - Ispra): Datasink down July 00 –BH Median increased to about 900 kbps in April 00 (was 140 Kbps); average daily peak is down to about 1300 kbps (was 1700) –New Route: AlterNet all the way! Reduced congestion.
