Environmental Leadership Brings Federal Agencies, State & Local Governments, and Businesses East Tennessee Clean Fuels Coalition – is a collection of organizations and citizens who are working to reduce dependency on foreign oil and improve regional air quality and sustainability. Clean Cities Program promotes use of alternatives to gasoline and diesel and advanced technology vehicles in the transportation sector.
