7 Information about any aspect of the assessment and student performances should NOT be disclosed to anyone It is NOT necessary to allocate a certain percentage of students for each score Rate ALL STUDENTS independently and consistently throughout the assessments Put the students at ease by giving positive reinforcement Students should be encouraged to maintain eye contact with the oral assessors TSA 2009 Oral Assessments

23 EmergenciesEmergencies If you are unable to conduct the oral assessment inform the TSA Administration Team at 3628 8191 by AM session: 6:30 am PM session: 11:30 am Reserve assessors must keep mobile phones on from 6:30 am in case of an emergency substitution In case of bad weather, public announcement (EDB) broadcast via radio & TV TSA 2009 Oral Assessments
