The Plan Communication –3 morning meetings per week –Question box –E-mail newsletter –Employee participation in updating SOP’s –Employee assistance with design of training program

The Plan Training New employees will attend volunteer training Increases classroom time before hands-on work More management involvement in training rather than peer to peer Some experienced staff members will be designated as trainers

The Plan Teamwork Increased cross training More people will be able to move between departments to help where needed. Staffing will be based on number of animals needing care each day.
