Expected radiation exposure levels at beamline level 5 minutes after 5-day long irradiation of the local dump for 20 hours per day with 100-nA, 3.35-GeV e - beam:

Conclusions: In general, radiation safety issues are expected to be comparable to a typical high current experiment; High Radiation Areas expected around the dump – physical access controls may be required; Radiation areas are expected in several meter radius around the local dump at the floor level and the top platform level; Routine access to target chamber at both platform levels will likely require a standing RWP.
