1. Job Responsibilities - TREASURER To prepare any financial requests and reports to the OGSA funding bodies. To present the financial records of the IGSA whenever requested to do so. To maintain and update financial accounts. To be the liaison between the Office of Student Life and the Executive Board for financial matters.

2. Job Responsibilities - Secretary To arrange and setup all IGSA meetings as required To book rooms and venues for any kind of event or meeting To record the minutes of all Executive Board meetings. To publish all minutes of the IGSA General Body meetings. To notify the IGSA’s GB members of any association meetings or events.

3. Job Responsibilities – Social Chair Is the face of IGSA E-Board for the members and the general Stevens community To communicate with the members of IGSA To maintain the membership list To maintain and moderate our community forums at Orkut and Facebook Answer emails and any kind of queries put forth by students and members of IGSA

4. Job Responsibilities – Web Chair To develop and maintain the IGSA website To update announcements, events and so on To collect pictures and videos of all our events and upload them to the website

5. Job Responsibilities – Publicity Chair To promote IGSA on campus To create posters whenever required To advertise events on campus Work with the event co-coordinators with respect to getting performances, performers, plan the course of an event

6. Job Responsibilities – Event Co-Ordinators 6 Chief Co-ordinators to each head a committee or team of people(primarily volunteers) Each Co-ordinator will head a particular responsibility and will be responsible in whole, for the same Each Co-ordinator will have volunteers working in their respective teams
