5 First-Year Engineering Program 5AU 2008 Instructor Assessment – On Line SEI To access the SEI form -- Go to http://www.buckeyelink.osu.edu/. Go to the section titled "Course Planning." Click on the link titled "View Class Schedule." Enter your OSU username and password. Use the drop-down menu to select the CURRENT QUARTER. Click on the button labeled "View Schedule." Click on the button with my name in the "SEI Online" column. Respond to the 10-item questionnaire. If a text box appears on the page, type your comments about the course and my teaching. When you are finished, click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. Once the Submit button is pressed, you cannot change your responses, and you cannot submit another rating for me.
