4. Internal Roles Content Developer: Person who develops the course materials. DE Instructor: Person who delivers a DE course using the course materials. A DE Instructor may also be a content developer. Courseware Specialist: Supports the Content Developers and DE Instructors by developing web products to support a DE course.

5. External Roles Corporate Student: Person who is sponsored by a company. The company provides a place for groups of students to watch videos, study, meet, work together. Individual Student: An Individual taking an SE-DE course on their own. They are typically not co-located with other SE-DE students.
