Invite the volunteers Over 200 volunteers return Target specific careers gaps (professional athlete, vet, etc.) Partnerships (Presbyterian, TVI, construction industry) Provide lots of information (maps, training, reception) At the event: T-shirt, Lunch There’s a story only you can tell. Be a hero. Brag a little. Tell a kid about your career.
