2 General Concepts of Biofeedback  Used for training of self control.  The emotional state of a person is determined according to physiological parameters such as skin resistance, skin temperature, EEG, pulse, etc.  The response of the system is given by visual presentation.

4 Temperature Detectors  Temperature detectors – one for each side.  Two terminal IC temperature transducer AD590  Voltage source (to be defined)  Digitally controlled programmable-gain instrumentation amplifier PGA202.  Low pass filter

6 Impedance Sensor  Electrode  3-terminal adjustable current source LM334  Clock oscillator (generates pulses with 20% duty cycle).  Transistor  Digitally controlled programmable-gain instrumentation amplifier PGA202.  Voltage source  Low Pass filter

8 A/D Specifications  A/D card used: LabVIEW card PCI 6035E  12 channels (4 channels used)  16 bit each  Voltage limits: -10..10V
