To have a better understanding about the situations of Anne Frank and her family.

Anne Frank Born on June 12, 1929 Anne Frank was a German-Jewish teenager who was forced, with her family, to go in hiding from the Nazis. For 25 months, her family and others stayed above her fathers office. This entire time, Anne kept a diary and after her death in 1945, her father had her diary published. Today The Diary of Anne Frank is read by millions of people each year.

In May 1942, during World War 2, all Jews age six and older were required to wear a yellow Star of David on their clothes to set them apart from non-Jews.
