7 Project Focus Area Machinery Caterpillar Paving Products Inc. Caterpillar was unwilling to share risk management documents with us – We were able to do two interviews at CAT but were unable to use specific product or process information

8 Document Search We broadened our focus to include risk management documents from any area Documents mainly found using internet search engines – Google – Yahoo Some documents came from industry contacts

9 Article Search We found an abundance of articles relating to risk management Articles were found using search engines Took majority of articles from PMI’s website
